Shipping Policy

We at BoardKin are proud to offer our customers Free Tracked Worldwide Shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

Shipping time varies by location. We do ship products from 2 different fulfillment warehouses depending on shipping locations and situations.

These are our estimates:

  • United States & Canada (2-7 Business days)
  • United Kingdom & Europe (5-9 Business days)
  • Australia & New Zealand (5-10 Business days)
  • Rest of the World (10-20 Business days)

Processing Times:

Orders can sometimes take up to 5 business days to process during periods of high order volume.

Tracking Number:

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. When your items are shipped out, you will receive another email from us providing you with your tracking number.

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days after placing your order, please send us an email at support@boardkin.com and we will be glad to help you out!

Customs:

International orders may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive at your location. It is your responsibility to pay any additional tax or customs charges. We advise that you check with your local authorities to see if any import charges may apply before you place an order.

Lost Package:

We at BoardKin do not refund for lost packages. We do provide tracking numbers via email to all shipped orders. Please consider adding insurance to your package.
